Code of Conduct
Be useful before you ask
Introductions, feedback and a quick reply cost little and are what make this community worth being in. Reply to people who write to you, even if the answer is no.
Message with intent
Broadcasts reach real inboxes. Before sending, narrow the audience to the people who actually fit, say clearly what you need, and keep it short. If someone doesn’t answer, don’t chase.
Respect privacy
What members share here stays here. Don’t forward profiles, export lists, or add people to newsletters, CRMs or WhatsApp groups without asking them first.
No pitching by default
Selling a service to members is not what the network is for. Sharing that your company is hiring, looking for pilots or raising is fine; cold-selling to classmates is not.
Be honest about who you are
Your cohort, role and company should be accurate. Vouch only for people you actually know.
If something is off
Write to hello@mie-network.org. Repeated or serious breaches lead to removal from the network.
